Biography

Born and brought up in Yorkshire Sharon exhibited locally (mainly pastels and acrylics), before moving to Bristol. Having just completed a BA (Hons) Drawing and Applied Arts at University of West of England she has discovered print and works mainly with etching and aquatint but also with collagraphs, lino cuts and embossing. She is currently studying for an MA in Multi-Disciplinary print to enable her to explore and expand her interest in printmaking. Her focus is on the human form - people and their relationship to one another. And also man's relationship to the environment- how we have helped or hindered in changes to our surroundings in the past, present and the future.
